Ordering
Ordering from Stephanie Eve is easy! When you see an item you want, simply click on the “Add to basket” button. Your shopping basket will be displayed with all of the items in it. Whenever you are ready to finalize your order, you may proceed to checkout. It only takes a minute and is completely secure!

Tax
Stephanie Eve is located in the great state of California. By law we must charge all of our customers residing in California an 8.25% sales tax. Orders from all other states will not be taxed.

Payments
All credit card transactions are processed through the safe and secure Paypal payment gateway. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. If you currently have an account with Paypal, you may also use your Paypal account as a form of payment as well.

Order Processing
Once you have completed the checkout process, you will receive an email confirmation with the complete order information. Though we try our best to keep our online boutique updated, at times certain designs will be unexpectedly popular and hence be back-ordered or delayed. We will let you know if any items you ordered will be delayed. Please look over your order to make sure all the information is correct and contact us within 24 hours if any changes need to be made.

As every design is individually handmade when it is ordered, please allow 3-10 business days before we can send your order to be shipped. Once your jewelry order is complete, we will send a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number to track your package online.

Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so up to 24 hours after your order has been placed, provided that we have not begun processing your order. All our jewelry is handmade to order and we ask that customers not cancel once we are working on your order.

Shipping and Delivery
We ship all our orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). All packages are insured. Transit time ranges from 2-6 business days.

Currently, Stephanie Eve ships strictly to the contiguous 48 U.S. states, plus Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to P.O. boxes, AFO/FPO, and international destinations are unavailable at this time.

ALASKA, HAWAII, AND PUERTO RICO RESIDENTS: All orders will be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air or Overnight Air, which are the only available shipping methods to these states.

Delivery Damage
If your delivery has a damaged item(s), please Contact Us immediately. We will gladly send a replacement for the item(s) damaged in transit. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any delivery or shipping charges.

Return Policy
If, for any reason, you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send unworn merchandise back to us within 14 days of shipment date for merchandise credit only. Please email us before you return the item and will give you a return authorization number. Packages will not be accepted with out a return authorization number. Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.

Please package your return in the original packaging and send it back to us prepaid and insured. We cannot issue credit if your jewelry is lost or damaged in the mail.

Once we receive your returned item we will send you a confirmation email as well as information on your merchandise credit and instructions on how to redeem it.

Repairs
In the event that your Stephanie Eve Jewelry becomes damaged from normal wear, we will repair it free of charge within 60 days of order. After 60 days, we will repair your jewelry for a fee that includes cost of materials, service and shipping.
